Welcome to the Ladybirds class! This is the Grade 1/CP class, welcomes children age 6 and is the first year in the bilingual Primary Section. The children will have English lessons in the morning with Ms Talia and French lessons in the afternoon with Ms Elisabeth. The Math curriculum expands on topics already learned in the Pandas class and introduces new topics to broaden the academic scope. The English literacy program follows the National British curriculum and focuses on spelling, grammar and reading comprehension. French lessons introduce phonics, vocabulary and grammar to help children begin reading and writing in French.
