Snack
Each morning, your child will enjoy a healthy snack break to recharge for learning. Please provide a nutritious snack like fruits or vegetables. Sweets, desserts, and chocolate are not allowed.
In some Nursery classes, snacks are shared as part of a group activity that promotes sensory learning and community. A monthly snack list will be posted outside the classroom for parents to sign up. Examples include apples, carrots, or other healthy options. Students help prepare and share the snack together—a favorite part of their day that builds social and nutritional awareness.

Lunch
At Rainbow School, we promote student health through nutritious, sustainable meals. Our canteen serves French cuisine made with at least 50% organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Families may also choose to send a packed lunch to meet individual preferences or dietary needs. Whether from home or the canteen, we ensure every child has access to healthy, delicious food.
We follow strict Health and Safety standards and view our lunch program as part of our broader commitment to well-being, community, and sustainability.
